Where county money sits in Arizona

A major excess-proceeds state: surplus from trustee (foreclosure) sales is deposited with the county treasurer under A.R.S. §33-812, and tax-lien foreclosure surpluses also flow through county treasurers. Maricopa County publishes a well-known excess proceeds list.
